Find Your Groov
A playful social adventure for women craving deeper connection, joy, and aliveness
Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped playing and living life through the eyes of wonder.
Life got busy and repetitive. We became distracted and disconnected from ourselves, our senses, our spontaneity, what makes us feel alive, and sometimes even each other.
Find Your Groov was created as a playful rebellion against that: an invitation to slow down, tune in, and experience life a little more fully.
Join us for a lightly guided social adventure designed to help women step out of autopilot and into curiosity, connection, and presence through creative prompts, sensory moments, playful challenges, and shared experiences throughout Downtown Culver City.
Part scavenger hunt, part self-discovery experience, part girls-day-out on the town.
You’ll explore in small groups through a series of thoughtfully designed prompts that invite conversation, spontaneity, creativity, reflection, and fun in ways that feel natural and low-pressure.
We’ll end together with time to mingle, reflect, and keep the connection going. Light refreshments will be provided.
